LiuGong Indonesia Customer Day: Creating the Sustainable Future Today

Promoting sustainable development within the heavy equipment industry, LiuGong Indonesia officially unveiled its comprehensive range of electric heavy equipment.

The occasion took place during the Customer Day 2023 event at the Jakarta Aftersales Center facility in the Cakung area of East Jakarta on Wednesday, 6th Dec, 2023. Under the theme “Creating the Sustainable Future Today,” LiuGong, headquartered in Liuzhou, China, introduced several new electric product variants alongside its existing flagship heavy equipment powered by conventional fuels, specifically diesel.

Attended by the PT LiuGong Machinery Indonesia management team, representatives from its dealer network, and over 400 esteemed customers, the event boasted distinguished guests, including Zeng Guang’an, the Chairman & CEO of LiuGong. Notable attendees also included Djauhari Oratmangun, the Indonesian Ambassador to China and Mongolia; Yudil Chatim, the Indonesian Cultural Attaché in China; Wu Jinchang, Deputy Director of the Education Department of the Zhuang Guangxi Autonomous Region; and Cahyo Purnomo, the Director of East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa at the Indonesian National Investment Coordinating Board.

Since 2022, PT Liugong Machinery Indonesia partnered with Jakarta State Polytechnic for vocational education in the heavy equipment sector. Collaborations include the LiuGong Global Customer Experience Center Indonesia with Liuzhou Vocational & Technical College. Zeng Guang’an emphasized strategic commitment to nurturing local resources through partnerships with vocational institutions in China and Indonesian state universities. The Indonesian Ambassador to China & Mongolia acknowledged deepening relations between China and Indonesia, urging LiuGong and Chinese investors to expand business ventures locally.
